TinySong Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how The Pro Audio Files LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the TinySong mobile application ("TinySong" or "the App").

TinySong is designed to minimize data collection and does not require user accounts. By using TinySong, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Text Input

When you type text into TinySong, that text is sent to our third-party music generation service provider to generate audio. We do not store this text on our servers, and we do not associate it with your identity.

2.2 Generated Audio

The TinySongs generated from your text are stored temporarily on your device during the app session. We do not upload or permanently store generated audio on TinySong servers.

2.3 Analytics & Crash Reporting

We use analytics and crash reporting tools, including Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Firebase Crashlytics, to collect technical and usage data, which may include:

• Device model and operating system version.
• App version and performance metrics.
• Pseudonymous usage events, such as feature usage and general engagement.
• Crash logs and diagnostic data.
• Pseudonymous identifiers or device-level identifiers used to understand app activity across sessions.
• In some cases, coarse location information such as city, region, or country derived from IP address or network information.

We use this information to measure usage, improve app performance and stability, understand feature engagement, and improve the overall user experience. We do not use this analytics data to directly identify you by name.

We do not send the text content of your messages or generated audio files to Mixpanel for analytics.

2.4 Subscription & Payment Information

TinySong subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect and process your Apple ID, payment method, billing history, and related information. TinySong does not receive or store your payment details.

TinySong subscriptions and free trials are managed entirely through Apple’s App Store. Apple controls trial eligibility, billing status, renewals, and cancellations. TinySong does not receive or store payment details or Apple ID information.

2.5 Automatically Collected Technical Data

Our systems or third-party SDKs (such as Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, or Apple) may collect:

• IP address and general network information.
• Device or app identifiers for analytics, security, and diagnostics.
• Coarse location information (e.g., city, region, or country).

We do not use this data to directly identify you by name.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Generate TinySongs from your text input.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• Monitor performance and diagnose technical issues.
• Measure product usage, engagement, retention, and feature performance.
• Analyze onboarding, subscription funnel, and general app behavior to improve the product experience.
• Load up-to-date prompts and configurations through Firebase Remote Config.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use your text input to build separate user profiles.

4. Third-Party Services

TinySong uses third-party services to provide functionality and analytics:

• Third-party music generation API provider – receives the text input, selected style, and related generation request data needed to generate audio output.
• Mixpanel – collects product analytics and usage event data to help us understand how TinySong is used and improve the App.
• Firebase Analytics – collects aggregated usage data to help us understand how the App is used.
• Google Analytics 4 – collects aggregated usage and event data for product analytics and measurement.
• Firebase Crashlytics – collects crash reports and diagnostics.
• Firebase Remote Config – allows us to remotely adjust prompts and configurations used by the App.

These providers have their own privacy policies and data-handling practices, which govern their use of the information they collect.

5. Children's Privacy

TinySong is not specifically directed to children, but it may be used by all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at [email protected] so we can delete it.

6. Data Retention

We do not store text inputs or generated audio on TinySong servers. Analytics and crash data collected through Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, and Crashlytics are retained in accordance with our configuration choices and those providers’ applicable retention practices.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect data processed through TinySong. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your data, such as:

• Requesting access to information we process about you.
• Requesting correction or deletion of such information.
• Requesting limitations on processing where applicable.
• Requesting information about applicable privacy choices and rights available under your jurisdiction.

TinySong is operated from the United States. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of TinySong after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
